Our key directors are Richard Bridge and Nick Terry. They've been Top Bananas for well over 15 years. Yet, Richard and Nick still have a real passion for creativity, straight talking and a sheer can-do attitude that you'll find refreshing.
Richard Bridge found his passion for events at a very young age (ask him when you see him). He has honed his skill to become an acknowledged expert in live events – without losing the passion.
A series of conferences for Gucci Group is just one example of how Richard combines a disciplined approach to delivering key business messages with his ability to inject creativity: the 'wow' factor that makes an event memorable and effective, creating stunning and emotionally engaging live events.
From tailor made leadership development programmes to luxury retail management events, Richard has worked on a wide spectrum of projects. He was recently involved in creating an event where Bill Clinton was guest speaker.

Great event management and leadership communication doesn’t just happen, you know. We know exactly what we're doing and why we're doing it.
Behind every conversation we have with you, behind every proposal and behind every detail of our project plans, you'll find the values that make us who we are. And those values are: Creative, Authentic, Responsible and Passionate.
Top Banana is.... Creative
Comfort zone? What's that? Creativity is about much more than a nice design, pretty pictures or clever words. Being creative means making sure you make the impact that's needed to get your message across. So, get ready for:
-
some lateral thinking that doesn't even recognise the shape of the box
-
thinking that starts from the point of view of the target audience
-
strategies, facts and figures that get turned into engaging ideas, pictures, experiences and feelings
-
events that turn the complex and the confusing into the simple and compelling
-
doing what you may never have done before.
Top Banana is.... Authentic
If you're looking for more 'yes men' on your team, you're talking to the wrong people. Top Banana people are:
-
straight talking - open and honest with our clients and with each other
-
challenging, probing and prepared to ask difficult questions
-
committed to helping you to communicate honestly, openly and in a genuine, authentic way with your people
After all, we know that the more authentic you are, the easier it is to build trust, belief, commitment and emotional engagement with your strategy.
Top Banana is.... Responsible
We make things happen. That means:
-
taking responsibility for solving problems, delivering solutions and doing whatever it takes to make your plan work
-
sticking at a job until it's done – and done well
-
taking ownership of the creation and delivery of a solution at every stage
-
being responsible for ensuring people have an exceptional, memorable and worthwhile experience that generates a positive impact on your organisation
Top Banana is.... Passionate
That's right. We're a passion fruit. A top one, at that. Because, even though everyone and their dog seem to be passionate about their work these days, at Top Banana we practise what we preach. In our book, being passionate means:
-
working to make a real difference for our clients and for their people
-
aiming to make sure that every job is not simply as good as can be expected, but better than anyone thought it could be
-
going beyond what was thought possible
