Top Banana not only changed but rocked Brandhouse’s world with an innovative, high-energy mix of conference and full-on show held in Sun City, South Africa.
Brandhouse is a South African joint venture between Diageo, Heineken and Namibia Breweries. The conference’s intent was to inspire and motivate a multi-cultural audience of 450 sales employees and management about their success so far and to gear-up for the targets to come.
Themed ‘Change Your World’, the event staging used a spectacular prism to show how ideas going in can lead to new and wonderful ideas bursting out. The set changed each evening for high-octane entertainment such as live bands, a tailor-made nightclub and an awards evening.
There was also a ‘fire and ice’ show incorporating dry ice and dancers performing with fire, choreographed by Top Banana’s own creative director.
The event was a logistical feat with all materials having to be sourced and carried to the isolated Sun City.
