Impressing some of the world’s most creative people is an achievement that ranks high on our list of proud moments. We used our entire skill set to exceed Gucci Group’s expectations for its very first Group Leadership Conference, held at Lake Como in Italy.
The conference gathered senior figures from Gucci Group’s luxury goods brands, such as YSL, Sergio Rossi, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney.
The aim was to communicate Gucci Group’s strategy and competitive advantages. We also needed to encourage sharing of expertise and best practice between delegates.
An overarching theme of Connection informed the creative signposting, design elements and tailored activities.
- Networking on an Italian steamboat
- A mixologist who created a unique cocktail with unusual but complementary ingredients from all over the world – directly echoing the individuality of Gucci Group brands
- The Vice Versa balancing act who used each other’s bodies as support to demonstrate the importance of teamwork
- The careful use of break-out sessions run by business psychologists to enhance delegates’ involvement in the conference messages
- Group completion of a mosaic using individual tiles given to each delegate. This reiterated the role of the individual in creating the bigger picture.
We provided a fully integrated communication and logistics package (including pre and post event communication, full message management, video and event production and entertainment) where every little detail had a strategic purpose.
