Creating a case study of a regeneration project generated a strong, versatile sales tool for Solihull Council and its partners. They felt their unique approach to regenerating North Solihull was a strong proposition to offer other councils in need of regeneration specialists.
Working with the council’s agency, Core Marketing, we suggested a DVD case study, with client testimonials, 3D graphical fly-thrus of upcoming developments, and lots of shots of the project to bring the ideas and team’s capabilities to life. Using well-known local journalist Adrian Goldberg to present the DVD added extra weight and credibility.
