In-depth interviews revealed high staff turnover was due to perceptions of limited growth opportunities, and that people didn’t aspire to work for National Grid. We created an interactive DVD that tapped into the spirit of the business, communicating the bigger picture and structure of the company. It gave individuals an idea of where they fitted in and renewed enthusiasm for the brand.
