A video can’t get any more real, or engage better with an internal audience, than when viewers recognise colleagues on screen. For an Ember Inns service training video we proposed just that, running a competition to find three employees to take part. The competition was also a mechanic to raise awareness of the video.
The video itself uses examples of customer visits to show how attention to detail and upselling can increase the revenue taken from each visit. This is the second video in a series used as part of Ember Inns’ training and induction programmes.
