Richard co-founded Top Banana with Nick Terry in a garage in 1999. He plays the key creative role in the company, including looking after several clients. He has worked in the industry for more than 17 years. Starting as a techie operating everything camera-related, he progressed to directing and is also an award-winning editor and former head of production.

His proudest moments are when clients say thank you for a great job. When he is not working, Richard is socialising, travelling or spending quality time with his wife, son and daughter.
