Adobe do a pretty fab job of focusing on their people being the best they can be – this event for the global marketing team needed to ‘amplify’ voices, knowledge, collaboration and personal effectiveness.
And that’s the kind of brief that’s right up our street.
Working across multiple time-zones can be a pretty challenging task, but with two separate crews working on delivering content for EMEA in UK daytime and then again for APAC and Japan overnight.
We kept communications slick and organised and everything was made available via an on-demand platform created on our Event Arena platform.

This was the most flexible of events, designed to fit everybody’s schedule and instil inspiration and motivation into the whole team.
With 50 diverse, elective modules that included everything from workshops, masterclasses and even event community walls, the whole team could personalise their experience, and engage in the event in the way that works best for them.
It goes without saying, Adobe has access to an abundance of the world’s most imaginative, inspiring, creative work and we couldn’t not utilise this!
We’re all about creatives supporting creatives in this industry, and whilst developing an event that was all about collaboration, we wanted to support independent artists worldwide.
By licensing the work of a designer on Adobe’s Bēhance platform that we knew encapsulated the events purpose perfectly, the stimulating shapes, heaps of movement. A bold palette captured the creative and strategic thinking of Adobe’s marketing team and matched the energy of the event down to a tee.
