THE BRIEF

EE has set its sights on becoming the top home service provider in the UK. To bring this vision to life, EE has forged a powerful partnership with Norton Security and Verisure, offering top-notch home security solutions to safeguard their customers' entire universes.

EE recognised the need to get their sales teams fully on board with the added benefits that this partnership could bring to their customers – it’s all about getting it right on the inside, so you get it right on the outside!

They approached Top Banana to execute a training campaign with a difference – one that would educate, engage, and empower their teams.

BRINGING IT TO LIFE

We rolled up our sleeves and got to work, creating an immersive installation at 10 of the UK's largest call centres. This installation was designed to spotlight the advantages of Verisure and Norton, making it crystal clear to the sales teams how these products could benefit their customers.

But we didn't stop there…

We introduced gamification to the mix, making the training both fun and effective. The challenge was to keep it logistically sound and operationally efficient while ensuring it was simple and engaging for the audience.
