SALES KICK OFF 2023.
CODING THE EVENT
For the annual Sales Kick Off event hosted by IFS, our task was to orchestrate a grand gathering of over 1,100 attendees, including their top sales personnel and key partners and exhibitors from around the world.
The objective was clear: to kick off the year with a bang, celebrating past achievements and rallying the team for a successful 2023.
This event was seamlessly aligned with IFS's overarching strategy, as it brought together their top sales staff and key partners to set the stage for the year ahead. The standout feature of this event was its scale and duration, spanning eight days onsite, with five live event days - it was undeniably an impressive gathering.
Despite the substantial challenge, we had only two months to bring this event to life.
RUNNING THE EVENT PROGRAM
In addition to managing the event's logistics, we played a pivotal role in shaping its content. We created all main stage content and videos and collaborated closely with speakers to ensure impactful and engaging presentations.
Our creative contributions included supporting onsite branding and print materials, working in collaboration with IFS's in-house design team to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing event.
