NO7 | TOP BANANA.
PRODUCT LAUNCH ROADSHOW.
THE BRIEF
Our client No7 presented us with the challenge of creating a conference held simultaneously across 10 different locations.
The event was to unveil their groundbreaking future renew product range, a pioneering venture into peptide technology. We engaged with a remarkable 2,000 participants distributed across 10 venues.
With only three months at our disposal, we embarked on the journey to bring this vision to life!
BRING IT TO LIFE
Our event strategy included captivating film presentations followed by interactive afternoon workshops. While an evening celebration was not a part of the agenda, the daytime experience left an enduring impact.
All content and creative elements were carefully intertwined with the cinematic experience theme, featuring popcorn, pick 'n' mix, and film designs playfully linked to the concept of reversing aging.
To connect all 10 audiences, we harnessed a remote app that allowed participants to connect through emojis, chat, gallery views, and even submit questions for a live panel discussion held at the main hub in Coventry.
Our venue selection involved carefully sourcing ten venues for the same day, providing both logistical and financial advantages.
Creatively, their product branding was seamlessly integrated into the overarching creative theme, imparting a sense of a special cinematic event. Every piece of print content on-site was meticulously designed to align with the secret reveal theme.
The culinary experience was a highlight, with the food suitably themed and featuring delectable options like hot dogs, chips, popcorn, and pick 'n' mix, with a nod to health-conscious alternatives, of course.
DONT'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT!
“What a pleasure it has been to work with all of you. From our original concept through to execution it has felt seamless, interesting, challenging, and exciting!
It was lovely to work with a team of people I was able to trust, a team who allowed us to experiment with the format and who I genuinely felt were on the same page and cared about us and what we were trying to achieve.
I hope that you’re all proud of the quality of the work we’ve all delivered. Yesterday felt great and there has been nothing but positive feedback today. Thanks to every one of you and to your extended teams, who were all super professional.”
