MOVING WITH MOMENTUM.
We were set the challenge to gear up the TBSAH delegates for their biggest sales period, all whilst providing an experience that experience to inspire and become the force behind their success in the coming year.
Their mantra was simple – “Get informed, get outraged, get active” and so we did.
Our bespoke Event Arena digital solution made interactivity a top priority. Designed to look like an actual festival field, the platform offered everything you’d hope from a real festival, such as:
- A virtual photo booth - representatives could upload selfies and frame them using unique MOMENTUM filters
- The Den - a page where fun content surrounding the topics of Inclusion & Belonging featured to entertain attendees’ little ones during the live event.
- The main stage – guests could interact throughout the live shows with emoji reactions, whilst a group chat function allowed them to chat within their region groups during the event.
For TBSAH, it was important that this event met all aspects of their sustainability policies. So, all on-set food was vegan and catered in recyclable cardboard containers and re-useable water bottles were encouraged.
The set was made from recycled pallets and corrugated metal, with plenty of fresh foliage too.
All props were recyclable with some of the set panels even gifted as prizes in giveaways!
