This journey needed to offer physical challenges and next-level recognition, and Iceland, where beauty and sustainability go hand-in-hand, was the perfect choice! We also love that it was a polar opposite (see what we did there) to Toronto, where we brought their previous incentive to life.
We really got under the skin of both the brief and the client’s core values, with ESG being a huge focus for them. Iceland's commitment to sustainability, exemplified by its renewable energy sources, fit Virgin Media O2's values like a glove.
This trip was unlike any other, with around 100 participants and 18 whole months of planning – like a baby elephant!
